VINEYARD DETAILS

Etna Barrus Orange is harvested from two parcels of 90% Nerello Mascalese and 10% Nerello Cappuccio planted in 2005 on east-facing slopes at 550-600m on volcanic bedrock and sandy volcanic topsoil.

CELLAR NOTES

Etna Barrus Orange is naturally fermented in steel with destemmed grapes for one week and aged in old, 225-500L French oak for 12-18 months.
